At Official Geek Merch we use a variety of carriers and we will choose the most appropriate carrier depending on the weight, value, destination of your order and shipping method that was selected at the checkout. Standard orders may not always be sent via a tracked method and certain carriers may require a signature.

All orders placed before 3:30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. (UK) Next Day delivery orders are to be placed before 3pm, Next Day Delivery does have a tracking option, We will add the tracking reference to the delivery notification that you should receive when we have dispatched your order, or your welcome to get in contact.


Goods purchased can be returned for an exchange or refund if they are received at Official Geek Merch within 100 days after delivery. The goods should be returned in their original condition and we will refund the whole cost of the goods or we will happily exchange for an alternative size / product / colour. The customer will have to pay for the return postage of the goods. All items are double checked before packaged but if an item is found to be faulty or wrong we will arrange payment for the return of the item. If you suspect your item is missing then first contact us via our contact form an we will be in touch (within 24 hours, normally faster) and we will do our best to track your order. If your item is deemed missing then you can make a claim for compensation via Royal Mail.
